So, I made a couple changes from this recipe; they no longer make balsamic ketchup π€ I used Stubb’s Sticky Sweet Barbecue Sauce instead of Sweet Baby Ray’s, a splash of liquid smoke, celtic sea salt, splash of worchestershire sauce, taste throughout π but easy, basic recipe with ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, S&P, garlic powder, onion powder, ALSO, I pulverized π€ red onions and red bell pepper in food processor, sautΓ©ed that with ground beef. It turned out GOOD. It’s better than prepared stuff. Easy. It’s a balance with ingredients; I don’t want it to be too sweet, too salty, too anything βΊοΈ I even get a second opinion, when available π that’s why it’s important to taste along the way.

They go good with French fries, tator tots, corn π½, Mac & cheese, pickles, & even simply potato chips π
