My daughter ask why the yolk was darker, almost orange; I said 👉 “While egg yolks can range in color from pale yellow to deep orange, “the healthier hens will have more carotenoids in their eggs, producing a deep golden-colored yolk,”

It’s still hot (October 105°), and I’m still making this more. But then, I’ll make this year round 😉 😋 by the way, I’ve been getting my eggs and vegetables from local farms now.
