Grilled Pork Chops

I know, I recently posted grilled pork chops, but they’re bone-in this time 😋 The kind ‘i’ prefer, with just a little bit of fat. 😉

Along with some potatoes and salad 🥗 small mix of potatoes (red & gold), cut in half, tossed in evoo, garlic & rosemary. Salad was a spring mix with ingredients used in a Cobb salad.

Until temperature reaches 140° – 145°; I go with 140° because I’d rather have them less done than too done 🫠

I split one with my daughter 🥰
Obviously, my granddaughter likes seasoning and CHIVES 🤭
