BBQ Pulled Pork

BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches (or nachos 😜) – No recipe needed really, but just in case…I’ll share one 😀 from npg solutions

Step 1 – Gather Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. package pork tenderloin or Boston Butt
1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce (reserve a small amount to add to your sandwiches when serving)
1 small onion, chopped
1 package hamburger buns or your favorite sandwich rolls

Optional: 1/2 cup Dr. Chek soft drink or cider vinegar

Step 2 – Combine Ingredients

Place pork, onion and barbecue sauce in slow cooker. For juicier pork, add 1/2 cup Dr. Chek (soft drink) or cider vinegar. Cover.

Step 3 – Slow Cook

Cook for 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH temperature setting. Remove pork from slow cooker. Using two forks, shred pork. Return pork to slow cooker to re-heat.

Step 4 – Serve and Enjoy!

Serve your pulled pork on sandwich rolls (slightly toasted, if desired). Add a squirt of the remaining barbecue sauce to each sandwich.
