Lighter Chicken Parm?

Well…I try ๐Ÿ˜† I made marinara sauce with usual ingredients, but a pinch of coconut palm sugar instead of regular. And I dredged chicken in SEASONED (including grated parm) arrowroot flour. I used good olive oil ๐Ÿซ’ ๐Ÿ˜‹

๐Ÿ˜œ Steak … again ๐Ÿ˜† ๐Ÿฅฉ w/sweet potatoes ๐Ÿ  peas ๐Ÿƒ & carrots ๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿ˜‹ Chicken Parm w/Rigatoni I didn’t go to the work of getting chicken crispy just to smother it with sauce…so I like to go a little light with that ๐Ÿ˜‰ New toys … And just burgers ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿ˜‹ โคต๏ธ
