Chicken Fajitas

I slow cooked chicken breasts yesterday with mojo. Today I chopped it up, put it in skillet with fajita seasonings (S/P, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, adobo seasoning…to taste), browning a little bit. I added some of the mojo to keep chicken juicy. I sautéed onion & multicolored peppers in a separate pan this time, with same seasonings. Heated tortillas & waa laa 😋 🌮 topped with diced tomatoes, red onion, sour cream, peach salsa & cheese…with a squeeze of lime.

#chickenfajitas I did the #chicken & #vegetables separate this time, but with same seasonings 😋 it worked out good. Everyone can choose the amount of whatever they prefer. I topped my #fajita with sour cream, tomatoes, onion,#peachsalsa & cheese 🧀 squeeze of lime 🍈 yumm! #mrsrenfrossalsa is our favorite!
